Can I top up my Cryptonow Wallet®?

Summary

The Cryptonow Wallet® can be topped up with an official Cryptonow Prepaid Card. When activated, the value of the card is converted into Bitcoin and securely transferred to your wallet address, on-chain. This allows you to add more Bitcoin to your existing balance — safely stored offline and under your full control.

If you already own a Cryptonow Wallet® from your Cryptonow Starter Kit®, you can easily increase your Bitcoin holdings with a Cryptonow Prepaid Card. Each Prepaid Card has a fixed value and can be purchased in-store at official Cryptonow retail partners.

Steps to top up your Cryptonow Wallet®

  1. Log in to your Cryptonow account.

  2. Click on your «Account icon» (top right corner).

  3. Select «Deposit Funds».

  4. Choose Cryptonow Prepaid Card as your deposit method.

  5. Enter your Prepaid Card activation code.

  6. Select your Wallet ID from the dropdown list — this must be a Starter Kit wallet that has already been activated under the same account.

  7. Review the transfer details carefully.

  8. Confirm by checking the box:
“I confirm I have access to the private key of the selected wallet and that the QR code/private key is readable and not damaged.”

  9. Click «Start Transfer» to complete the process.

What to keep in mind

  • You must already have an activated Cryptonow Wallet® (Starter Kit) linked to your account before topping up.

  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible — always check that your wallet’s QR code and private key are undamaged and readable before confirming the transfer.

  • All service fees and transaction details are displayed transparently before confirmation.

  • Cryptonow covers blockchain transfer fees during the top-up.
