Why no withdrawal from prepaid balance?

Summary

Prepaid balances cannot be transferred directly to a bank account. The value from a Cryptonow Prepaid Card must first be credited to your Cryptonow account or your Cryptonow Wallet® before it can be used and converted.

The Cryptonow Prepaid Card is designed to support your crypto activities — not to replace a traditional bank transfer. When you activate your card, the value is securely linked to your Cryptonow account environment. You decide where it goes: into your online Cryptonow Invest® account or your offline Cryptonow Wallet®.

From your Cryptonow account, you can:

  • Buy and store crypto instantly or

  • Trade your funds later


Direct bank payouts from a prepaid card are not permitted due to our compliance regulations. These rules ensure transparent and secure financial operations for all customer.

Important information

Prepaid balances can only be:

  • Converted into crypto using the Instant Crypto option

  • Added to your online Cryptonow account balance (EUR)

  • Transferred to your Cryptonow Wallet® for offline storage

Once your funds are credited to your online account, you can request a bank withdrawal through your verified account details.

Bank payouts directly from a prepaid card are not supported.
