What determines service costs

The exact service costs depend on a few factors, such as:

  • The type of product you choose (Prepaid Card or Starter Kit®)

  • The order value and chosen cryptocurrency

All relevant costs are displayed clearly before you confirm, ensuring a simple and transparent experience every time.

These service costs apply to:

  • Commissions and execution fees – cover the secure processing and execution of your order, including blockchain transaction costs.

  • Cryptonow Wallet® card fee (Starter Kit® only) – a small one-time fee for the physical cold Wallet included in the Starter Kit®.

Cryptonow does not charge any activation fees.

In short

Cryptonow applies only two clearly defined service costs — commissions and execution fees, and the Wallet® card fee for Starter Kits®. No activation fees, no hidden costs — just full transparency.
