Can I open more than one account?

Summary

Each customer can only open and use one Cryptonow account. This rule ensures compliance and helps keep the platform secure for everyone.

Why verification is required

Cryptonow follows all international KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards.

These standards are designed to protect both customers and the platform by ensuring that every account belongs to a real person and that all transactions are legitimate.

  • KYC means your identity must be verified before you can fully use your account.

  • AML regulations require us to monitor transactions and prevent misuse, such as money laundering or fraudulent activities.

Because of these standards, each person can have only one verified Cryptonow account.

Why only one account

Allowing just one account per user helps:

  • Meet KYC and AML compliance requirements

  • Prevent misuse, fraud, or duplicate identities

  • Keep your account history and verification status organized in one place

This structure ensures a safer environment and smoother service for all customers.

What to do instead

If you’re experiencing issues with your existing account:

  • Update your details in the Settings section if you need to correct your information.

  • Contact Cryptonow Support if you’re locked out or unsure how to proceed — our team can help resolve the issue without needing to create a new account.
