How can I delete my Cryptonow account?
If you want to close your Cryptonow account, you need to request the deletion by our support team via email. Account deletion is only possible after confirmation and requires you to provide key details about your account.
Closing your Cryptonow account is a permanent action that cannot be undone. Before the deletion can be processed, we need to confirm your identity and ensure all funds have been securely withdrawn. This process helps protect your assets and ensures compliance with financial regulations.
Steps to delete your account
Log in to your Cryptonow account.
Go to «Help» → «Contact Support».
Choose «Send Email» as your contact option.
Under «Topic», select «Account Setup».
In the «Details» field, briefly explain that you would like your account deleted and include a short reason (e.g., no longer needed, switching provider, etc.).
Click «Send Request» to submit your deletion request.
Wait for a confirmation email from the Cryptonow Support Team.
Reply to that email to confirm that you wish to proceed with the deletion.
Once confirmed, your account will be permanently closed.
Important information
Before requesting deletion, make sure that:
All funds have been withdrawn to your Cryptonow Wallet® or personal bank account.
Any pending transactions have been completed.
You have downloaded receipts or tax reports you might need later.
For compliance reasons, Cryptonow may retain certain records (such as KYC or AML documentation) as required by law, even after your account is closed.
