How can I update my investor profile?

Your investor profile is part of your compliance settings and is required under MiCAR and AML regulations. It allows Cryptonow to assess suitability and ensure all customers trade responsibly and within their personal financial limits. You can update this information at any time directly from your account settings.

How to update your Investor Profile

• Log in to your Cryptonow account.

• From the left-hand menu, click «Settings» → «Compliance».

• Find Investor Profile and click «Update Data».

• In the form that opens, provide or adjust the following:

  • Employment Situation – choose your current professional or financial status (e.g., employed, self-employed, student, retired, investor).

  • Crypto Investing Experience – indicate how familiar you are with crypto investments.

  • Planned Annual Investment – select the amount you intend to invest annually (e.g., up to €10,000, up to €25,000, up to €50,000, more than €50,000).

• Confirm your updates by checking the box: «I confirm that the updated information is accurate and complete.»

• Click «Update Data» to save your changes.

• Your Investor Profile must be accurate and reflect your real financial situation.

• Cryptonow uses this information only for regulatory compliance and risk assessment purposes.

• You can update your profile at any time if your situation changes (for example, a new job or investment goals).

• Providing false or incomplete data may delay transactions or limit account features.
