How can I update my living address information?
If you’ve moved or your address has changed, you can easily update your information directly in your Cryptonow account. Keeping your details up to date ensures compliance with KYC/AML/Tax requirements and helps you avoid any interruptions when using the platform.
It’s important to keep your personal details, such as your living address and phone number, accurate and current. This information is used to maintain your identity and a compliant account. Updating your details only takes a few minutes and can be done directly in your account settings.
How to update your living address
Go to your Dashboard.
Open «Settings» → «Compliance» → «Compliance Profile».
Click «Update Data».
Enter your new address in the «Address» section.
Confirm the change by clicking «Update Data».
Once saved, your new address will automatically appear in your compliance profile. In some cases, the compliance team may request an additional proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement).
Important information
The change only takes effect once you have entered the verification code.
Always make sure you have access to your registered email and phone number.

Address updates may take longer if further verification is required.
