Steps to update your email address

  2. Go to «Settings» → «General».

  3. Select «Change».

  4. Enter your new email address and confirm it using the verification link sent to your inbox.

  5. For security reasons, you may be asked to verify your identity again.

  1. Log in to your Cryptonow account.

  2. Go to «Settings» → «General».

  3. Select «Change».

  4. Enter your new number and confirm it using the SMS code sent to it.

  • You cannot change your contact details while your account is under review or temporarily on hold.
