How do I change my email address or phone number?
You can update your email address or phone number in your Cryptonow account settings. For security reasons, each change must be verified via email or SMS before it becomes active.
It’s essential to maintain accurate contact details so you can receive important alerts, security notifications, and account updates. Updating your email or phone number is quick — and adds an extra layer of protection to your account. Once you make a change, Cryptonow will send a verification link or code to confirm your identity.
Steps to update your email address
Log in to your Cryptonow account.
Go to «Settings» → «General».
Select «Change».
Enter your new email address and confirm it using the verification link sent to your inbox.
For security reasons, you may be asked to verify your identity again.

Log in to your Cryptonow account.
Go to «Settings» → «General».
Select «Change».
Enter your new number and confirm it using the SMS code sent to it.
Important information
You cannot change your contact details while your account is under review or temporarily on hold.
If you no longer have access to your old contact details, please contact the Cryptonow Support Team — additional verification documents may be required.
