Account „in review“ after verification – what now?
It’s normal for your Cryptonow account to remain «in review» for a short time after you’ve submitted all verification documents. Your details are being reviewed by our compliance team to confirm your identity and ensure all legal standards are met.
Before your Cryptonow account becomes fully active, all documents and details must be confirmed by our compliance team. This extra verification step helps protect your identity and ensures the platform meets international security and regulatory standards. It’s a routine process that helps keep your crypto journey secure from the start.
Why your account might still be «in review»
It’s normal for new accounts to stay in review briefly after verification. This ensures everything is accurate and compliant:
Pending document checks: Your national ID, proof of address, or compliance questionnaire is still being validated.
Additional information needed: Sometimes the compliance team requests extra documents, such as proof of source of funds or other documents.
Security: Automated systems may flag accounts for manual review if unusual patterns are detected.
High demand: During busy periods, verification queues can take slightly longer to process.
What you can do
Wait for confirmation: Reviews typically complete within 48 hours (business days).
Check your email: If anything is missing, you’ll receive an email with upload instructions.
Refresh your account status: Log in → «Settings» → «Compliance» → «Compliance Profil» to see updates.
Avoid re-submitting: Submitting documents again may reset the review and delay approval.
Important
Your account functionality stays limited while in review (no deposits or withdrawals yet).
Verification must be processed manually by licensed partners — this step cannot be skipped.
If your identification document is blurry or expired, the review pauses until you upload new documents.
Cryptonow will never ask you to send documents by email — only through the secure upload interface of the platform.
In short
The «in review» status is a standard part of the compliance process and shows that your verification is actively being checked.
Once approved, your account automatically switches to “Verified”, unlocking deposits, withdrawals, and all other Cryptonow services.
