Which cryptos can I deposit to the Platform?

Summary

You can deposit only the cryptos that are officially supported by Cryptonow. Deposits of unsupported assets will not be credited and may lead to a permanent loss of funds.

Cryptonow provides wallets and services only for selected cryptos. To ensure your funds arrive safely, always check the official list of supported assets and their applicable limits before sending a transfer.

Supported assets

The list of supported cryptocurrencies is available in the Cryptonow Service Overview.

For each asset, you can see:

  • Buy/Sell availability

  • Custody service

  • Crypto transfer service (deposit/withdrawal)

Deposits are only possible if the asset is listed as supporting crypto transfers.

Order types

  • Guaranteed Price Order: The price you see is the price you get — ensuring full certainty over execution.

  • Supported for:

    • Cryptonow Gift Card Secure Orders

    • Cryptonow Invest® Secure Orders

  • Limited / Stop-Loss Orders: Coming soon for Cryptonow Invest®

Important information

  • Only send funds to the wallet deposit addresses displayed in your Cryptonow account.

  • Using the wrong asset or network will result in lost funds that cannot be recovered.

  • The list of services, limits, and products may be updated at any time. Cryptonow GmbH may change, add, or remove services without prior notice.

  • Blockchain and other third-party fees may apply.
