Can I deposit from third-party accounts?

Summary

Deposits are strictly only accepted from a bank account registered in your own verified name. Transfers made from accounts belonging to friends, family members, or companies cannot be credited and will be returned to the original sender.

To comply with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, Cryptonow only accepts deposits from accounts that belong to you. This ensures that all funds on the platform are linked to verified individuals and reduces the risk of fraud or misuse.

Important information

  • The sender name on the bank transfer must exactly match your verified Cryptonow account name.

  • Transfers from third-party accounts (friends, family, company accounts) cannot be accepted.

  • If you accidentally send money from the wrong account, the transfer will be returned to the sender’s bank account.

In short

Deposits are only accepted from bank accounts in your own name. This rule protects your account, ensures compliance with regulations, and prevents delays in crediting your funds.
