How do I cancel a withdrawal request?

Summary

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it usually cannot be canceled. This is because both fiat and crypto withdrawals are processed automatically and often transmitted to external systems immediately after submission.

Withdrawals are executed quickly to ensure both security and efficiency. Crypto transactions become irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain, while fiat withdrawals are automatically sent to your bank via SEPA. However, if your withdrawal is still marked as pending, there may be a short window for Cryptonow Support to review your request manually.

Important information

  • Crypto withdrawals: cannot be reversed once initiated on the blockchain.

  • Fiat withdrawals: may be stopped if they have not yet been processed by the banking system.

  • Always double-check your withdrawal details — including the amount, bank account, or wallet address — before clicking «Withdraw Funds».

  • For security reasons, Cryptonow cannot reverse a completed transaction.

In short

As a rule, withdrawal requests cannot be canceled once they have been submitted. Crypto transfers are permanent once sent to the blockchain, and fiat payments are processed directly through banks. Always make sure all details are correct before confirming a withdrawal.
