How can I withdraw fiat money from my account?

Summary

You can withdraw fiat money from your Cryptonow account by adding your personal bank details and requesting a transfer. Withdrawals are only possible to accounts in your verified name.

Cryptonow allows you to withdraw fiat funds from your Cash balance directly to a verified personal bank account. All withdrawals follow strict AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and compliance regulations, which means the name on your Cryptonow account must match the name on your bank account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

How to withdraw fiat money

  • Log in to your Cryptonow account.

  • Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select «Withdraw Funds».

  • Choose SEPA Bank Transfer as your withdrawal method.

  • Enter the following details:

    • Recipient name (auto-filled if your account is verified)

    • IBAN (International Bank Account Number)

    • Withdrawal amount (in EUR)

  • Review the summary and confirm the transaction by clicking «Withdraw».

  • You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation once your request has been submitted.
Processing usually takes 1–2 business days, depending on your bank.

Important information

  • Withdrawals are only allowed to bank accounts in your verified name.

  • Transfers to third parties (friends, family, or business accounts) are automatically rejected.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: €10

  • Maximum withdrawal per transaction: €50,000

  • Cryptonow currently supports SEPA payments only (for EUR).

  • Compliance or security reviews may temporarily delay your withdrawal — this is a standard verification process.

  • Enter your bank details and confirm the amount.

  • Transfers are completed within 1–2 business days.

  • Withdrawals must always go to your own verified bank account.
