Why hasn’t my withdrawal arrived yet?

Summary

Withdrawals from your Cryptonow account are usually processed quickly and sent to your bank on the same or next business day. However, depending on your bank and other factors, it may take longer before the funds appear in your account.

When you request a withdrawal, Cryptonow sends your payment to the bank you’ve verified in your account. Once it leaves our system, the transaction passes through the banking network, which may take additional time depending on your bank, region, or national holidays. While it can be frustrating to wait, most delays are temporary and easy to resolve once you know where to look.

Typical processing times

  • SEPA Bank Transfer: usually arrives within 1–3 business days after processing.

  • Weekends and holidays: transactions are only processed on business days.

  • Bank differences: some banks credit incoming payments faster than others.

Possible reasons for delays

There are several common reasons why a withdrawal might take longer than expected:

  • Bank processing times: some banks take extra time to credit incoming SEPA transfers.

  • Incorrect bank details: an incorrect or mismatched IBAN, BIC, or account name can delay or reject the payment.

  • Compliance review: in some cases, withdrawals may be temporarily paused if additional verification is required.

  • Pending transactions: open deposits or unsettled trades can hold up the withdrawal process.

  • Public holidays or weekends: payments made before or during these times are processed on the next business day.

What you can do

If your withdrawal hasn’t arrived yet, here’s how to check what’s happening:

  • Confirm that your bank account details are entered correctly under «Settings» → «Withdrawal Account».

  • Verify that the withdrawal has been deducted from your Cryptonow balance.

  • Wait at least three full business days after making your withdrawal request.

  • Contact your bank to check if the payment is already in progress.

  • If your bank cannot locate the payment, reach out to Cryptonow Support and include:

    • The withdrawal date and amount

    • Your bank account details

    • A screenshot of your transaction overview

Important

  • Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account in your own name.

  • Ensure your bank details are entered correctly before confirming a withdrawal.

  • Cryptonow cannot accelerate bank processing times once the payment has been released.

In short

Withdrawals are generally completed within a few business days, but minor delays can happen depending on your bank or external factors. Checking your details and contacting your bank are often the fastest ways to identify where the transfer currently stands.
