Accepted documents

To verify your identity, Cryptonow accepts one of the following official documents:

  • Valid passport

  • Valid national ID card


Your document must:

  • Be issued by an official government authority

  • Be valid (not expired)

  • Clearly show your full name, date of birth, and signature

  • Include a non-replaceable, recognizable photograph


⚠️ Driver’s licenses may be accepted in specific countries or for selected verification methods (Auto-Ident or Video-Ident). The system will automatically display available options during your verification process.


Document quality requirements

To ensure smooth verification, please make sure that your document:

  • Is clearly visible and not covered by glare or reflection

  • Is not cropped or altered

  • Shows all details completely and legibly

  • Matches the data entered in your Cryptonow account

  • Cryptonow’s verification process is provided through certified identification partners, depending on your country or region.

  • If a document is rejected, you will receive a notification with instructions for re-uploading.

  • Cryptonow reserves the right to request additional documentation if required by regulatory authorities.
