How to set up my Security Phishing Code?
You can set up a Security Phishing Code in your account settings. This personal code will appear in every genuine Cryptonow email, helping you confirm that messages are authentic.
Phishing attacks often try to trick users with emails that look real. By setting up your personal code, you add a simple but powerful way to identify official Cryptonow emails.
Steps to set up your Security Phishing Code
Log in to your Cryptonow account.
Go to «Settings» → «Security» → «Email Anti-Phishing».
Enter a 4–6 digit code of your choice (for example, “031122”).
Click «Save».
From now on, this code will appear in all official emails from Cryptonow.
Important information
Keep your Security Code private and never share it with anyone.
If you receive an email without your code or with an incorrect code, it is not from Cryptonow — delete it immediately.
Cryptonow will never ask for your password, PIN, or Private Key in an email.
This method is widely used in the financial sector to increase communication security.
