How do I track the status of my crypto deposit?

Summary

You can track the status of your crypto deposit using the transaction ID (TXID).  This lets you see whether the transaction is pending, confirmed, or completed.

Every crypto deposit must be confirmed by the blockchain before it appears in your account.
By checking the transaction ID on a blockchain explorer, you can follow its progress in real time.
This gives you transparency and reassurance while waiting for your funds to be credited.

Steps to track your crypto deposit

  • Open your external wallet or the provider you used to send the funds.

  • Find the transaction ID (TXID) of your transfer.

  • Log in to your Cryptonow account and go to «Dashboard» → «Transaction» to check the deposit status.

  • Copy the transaction ID into a trusted blockchain explorer (e.g., for Bitcoin or Ethereum).

  • Review the details:

    • Number of confirmations

    • Status (pending or confirmed)

    • Amount and receiving address

Also learn why your crypto deposit may not have arrived yet.

Important information

  • A transaction may show as pending until the required number of confirmations is reached.

  • Confirmation times vary by network (Bitcoin usually 10–60 minutes, Ethereum a few minutes).

  • Only after the required confirmations will your funds appear in your Cryptonow account.

In short

Tracking your crypto deposit is simple with the transaction ID. By checking the confirmations on a blockchain explorer, you can see exactly when your funds will be credited.
