Why hasn’t my crypto deposit arrived yet?

Summary

Crypto deposits may take time to appear in your account. This usually depends on blockchain confirmations, network congestion, or incorrect transfer details.

When you deposit crypto into your Cryptonow account, the transaction must first be confirmed by the blockchain and our compliance systems.

Common reasons for delayed deposits

  • Cryptonow may require additional information before your crypto can be deposited into your account. Please check your account settings to see if any additional information is requested.

  • Blockchain confirmations — Bitcoin usually requires 1–6 confirmations, which can take from 10 minutes to serval hours depending on the network load.

  • Network congestion — high activity can slow down transaction processing times.

  • Wrong address or network — sending to an incompatible or incorrect address can result in lost or uncredited funds.

  • Compliance checks — deposits from certain sources may be reviewed by our compliance team manually before being credited.

Important information

Most crypto deposits are credited after the required blockchain confirmations. If your deposit takes unusually long and no additional information was requested by our Compliance team, check the transaction ID, verify the destination address, and ensure you used the correct network.
