Steps to find the SEPA bank payment instructions

  • Log in to your Cryptonow account.

  • Click on your «account icon» in the top-right corner.

  • Select «Deposit funds».

  • Choose «SEPA bank payment».

  • Your SEPA instructions will be displayed, including:

    • Recipient name

    • Bank name

    • IBAN

    • BIC/SWIFT

    • Personal reference number (required)

Important information

  • The reference number is unique to your account and must always be included in the payment reference field.

  • Transfers without the correct reference number may not be credited automatically and will be delayed.

  • The sender’s bank account name must exactly match your verified Cryptonow account name.

  • Third-party payments (friends, family, wife, company accounts) are not accepted for compliance reasons.
