Before you start

To make sure everything works, what you need:

  • Use your real personal details (email, phone number, and legal name).

  • You must be at least 16 or 18 years old, depending on your country of residence.

  • Some features are only available after completing account verification (Auto Ident or Video Ident).

  • Firefox is not supported for Video Ident; please use Chrome, Safari, or Edge.

Step-by-step guide

  3. Accept the Terms & Conditions and click “Next Step.”

  4. Verify your email address by entering the confirmation code sent to your inbox.

  5. Log in and complete the account verification process to unlock all features.

  6. Depending on your country and ID type, you’ll complete either Auto Ident or Video Ident.

  7. Have your National ID card or passport ready
